"I love finding ways to create quality connections and cut down on resources and time needed," Molly shares. "My favorite part of the job is when I get to go out to the field and see a project as it's happening. Seeing our team working to put it together and who is benefitting from that hard work is awesome to see in real life."

She's been actively involved in some of Elemental Energy's most impactful community initiatives, including our work with Twende Solar at Dignity Village and the Girls Build event at Portland University, where she helped young women learn about solar technology through hands-on experience building solar night lights.

"I even learned a thing or two in the process," Molly shared, highlighting our team's commitment to continuous learning and community education.

When she's not helping Portland businesses transition to clean energy, Molly embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle with the same enthusiasm she brings to her work at Elemental Energy. You might find her tending to her garden (including an impressive collection of newly planted dahlias) or heading to the river with her 16-and-a-half-year-old dog, alongside her partner and their three boys.

"When we have some free time, we like trying to get some pickleball in with friends or the family," Molly says.
